Vividthree Holdings
PRODUCTION studio Vividthree Productions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Catalist-listed Vividthree Holdings, signed a memorandum of understanding on Thursday to set up a joint venture with British video game company Slightly Mad Studios.
The tie-up will tackle projects such as using the game engine for a motor-sport racing simulation game owned by Slightly Mad Studios.
