ST Engineering

SINGAPORE Technologies Engineering has incorporated new companies overseas under the "Keystone" name, with three in the UK and two in Ireland. Keystone serves as a holding company for aircraft leasing investments. In Singapore, the group has incorporated a subsidiary called Keystone Holdings (Global). This comes after ST Aerospace Resources and Wings Capital Partners Holdings terminated their joint-venture, boutique aircraft leasing company WingStar.
