THE furniture seller's independent auditors issued a disclaimer of opinion on its financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2018, as the company separately issued a notice on its three straight years of pre-tax losses.

It also issued audited financials that put its pre-tax losses at S$10.4 million for the year ended March 31, 2018, deeper than the unaudited S$9.2 million reported earlier.
