LTC Corp

THE exit offer for steel trading and property group LTC Corp will remain open till 5.30 pm on Jan 10, instead of Dec 27.

At the close of the original offer period on June 25, the controlling Cheng family held 88.44 per cent of LTC.

As at 5pm on Dec 27, acceptances of the exit offer amounted to an aggregate of 140.4 million shares or about 89.77 per cent of the total number of shares.
