A UNIT of Kimly has entered a joint venture (JV) agreement to manage two coffee shops in Bukit Batok and Serangoon North.

Kimly Makan Place paid an aggregate consideration of S$1.86 million for its 49 per cent stake in the JV company Zhen Wei Food House and lease assignment fees for the two coffee shops. The amount was paid in cash using the net proceeds from Kimly's initial public offering.

THE technology solutions provider has secured about S$106.2 million of new orders for the first quarter of 2021.

New orders for the infrastructure sector increased 50.3 per cent year-on-year, as a result of a stronger pipeline of infrastructure projects.

ITS trustee-manager's chairman Zhang Zhencheng, as well as Aqua Wealth Holdings, has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with two subsidiaries of ARA Asset Management, to sell a 50 per cent stake in the trustee-manager, and about 5 per cent of the total units issued in the trust.

BOB Tan will be succeeding Lim Jit Poh as chairman of the board, effective Friday. Mr Tan has had prior experience in the public transport sector, having been on the SMRT board from 2006 to 2017.
