TROUBLED oil and gas company KrisEnergy has removed earmarks on certain notes, after a planned restructuring fell through last month, the board said on Wednesday.

The move affects nearly S$139.5 million in senior secured zero-coupon notes due 2024, as well as S$200 million in senior unsecured notes due 2023, and S$130 million in senior unsecured notes due 2022.

Hyflux

TROUBLED water-treatment company Hyflux has received seven bids in the second stage of the investor process, judicial managers from Borrelli Walsh told the bourse in a regulatory update on Wednesday.

One involves an investment of the entire Hyflux Group while another is for the purchase of substantially all of Hyflux Group's assets, excluding the shares in Hyflux or Hydrochem. The remaining five are for individual assets.

MAINBOARD-LISTED steel-reinforcement solutions provider BRC Asia net profit fell 15 per cent to S$19.2 million for the half-year ended March 31, 2021 due to lower operating profit margins.

Sabana Reit

SABANA Shari'ah Compliant Reit (Sabana Reit) has lost its head of investment and asset management. Siow Meow Cheng, 49, has resigned and will leave on June 12, said a bourse filing from the manager on Wednesday. The former Colliers director joined Sabana Reit in October 2019.
