Add BT as a preferred sourcePrime US Reit
CO-WORKING firm WeWork has approached Prime US Reit with a proposal to restructure its lease at a property in California. Discussions are ongoing.
The tenant occupies 56,977 square feet within Tower I at Emeryville, and contributed less than 2.5 per cent of Prime US Reit's cash rental income.
Ascendas Reit
ASCENDAS Reit's trustee has priced 300 million euros (S$480.8 million) of unsecured notes due in 2028.
The notes will carry a fixed interest rate of 0.75 per cent, and are expected to be issued on June 23.

Epicentre Holdings
EPICENTRE Holdings, which is under judicial management, has agreed to issue new shares and convertible bonds to Transworld Electronic Technology for S$5.4 million.
This will result in a transfer of controlling interest in Epicentre to Transworld.
Advanced Systems Automation
ADVANCED Systems Automation has proposed a 375-to-1 share consolidation, partly to reduce share price volatility, as well as a bonus issue of up to 19.8 million free warrants.
