Top Glove
AFTER a delay in its plans for a US$1 billion dual primary listing on the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX), Top Glove on Wednesday announced that it has withdrawn its listing application, submitted to the Bursa Malaysia, which lapsed on Aug 26.
The company, now dual-listed in Malaysia and Singapore, said it will re-submit a listing application to the Malaysian bourse after it re-submits its listing application to the HKEX.
Top Glove said it will make the relevant announcements on this later.
The company will announce its financial results for the fourth fiscal quarter of 2021 ended August on Friday.

KEPPEL Electric, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keppel Infrastructure Holdings, has signed an exclusive framework agreement with Laos state-owned electricity company Électricité Du Laos (EDL), to jointly explore opportunities in importing renewable energy into Singapore.
Under the agreement, EDL will export and Keppel will import up to 100 MW of renewable hydropower from Laos to Singapore via Thailand and Malaysia, using existing interconnectors under an import trial.
Once finalised, the import of renewable energy from Laos will enable Keppel Electric to diversify its energy portfolio.
OKP Holdings
INFRASTRUCTURE and civil engineering company OKP Holdings has clinched a contract from PUB worth S$57.2 million for the Deep Tunnel Sewerage System (DTSS) project, the company said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.
OKP's subsidiary Eng Lam Contractors will construct link sewers in Commonwealth Avenue West, Clementi Avenue 2 and University Flyover.
With this contract, OKP's current net construction order book stands at S$320.9 million, with contracts extending up to 2025.
The contract will commence on Sept 21, and is expected to be completed by June 20, 2025.
