SINGAPORE conglomerate Sembcorp Industries unit Sembcorp Financial Services has issued S$300 million worth of sustainability-linked notes at 3.735 per cent due 2029.
The notes are guaranteed by Sembcorp Industries and have a sustainability-linked feature where the interest rate will be subject to a step-up margin of 0.25 per cent from the first interest payment date on or after Apr 1, 2026, if the stated sustainability performance target is not achieved.
