AUSGROUP on Monday said its subsidiary AGC Industries has won a "significant" maintenance master contract by Chevron Australia - the longest maintenance master contract currently in the Australian oil and gas market.
The 10-year contract enables Chevron Australia to order full-service asset maintenance from AGC across Chevron's onshore and offshore natural gas and oil production facilities in north-west Australia.
AusGroup did not disclose the contract value, but it will boost its order book to more than A$1 billion (S$1.04 billion).
Sunpower
SUNPOWER Group has secured and is executing a manufacturing and services contract worth about 180 million yuan (S$37 million) for an existing customer in the polycrystalline silicon industry.

Under the contract, Sunpower will supply core equipment to the project of the customer. Delivery is expected to be completed in 2022. This is expected to have a positive impact on the group's FY21 and FY22 financial performance.
Wilmar International
AGRIBUSINESS group Wilmar International on Monday said, in reference to recent media reports on the proposed listing of its 50 per cent-owned Indian joint venture (JV) Adani Wilmar, that it "regularly evaluates all opportunities across its various businesses with the objective of enhancing shareholder value".
"This may involve discussions with various parties and stakeholders at different points in time. There is no assurance that any transaction will materialise or that any definitive or binding agreement will be reached or that the proposed listing will proceed," Wilmar added.
