Cosco Shipping International CFO resigns due to 'personal reason'
COSCO Shipping International (Singapore) said that its chief financial officer (CFO) Ma Hong Han has resigned with effect from Tuesday.
It was "due to personal reason", Cosco said in an announcement to Singapore Exchange (SGX) on Tuesday.
Mr Ma, 46, was appointed CFO of Cosco in August 2012.
Liang Jianfeng has been appointed acting CFO with effect from Tuesday. The 40-year-old has been general manager (finance division) at China Shipping Regional Holdings from November 2012.
Cosco said in the SGX announcement that Mr Liang had been nominated for the position by a nominating committee after a selection process.
