Cosco unit wins two deals worth US$233m
A SUBSIDIARY of Cosco Shipyard Group - a 51 per cent-owned unit of mainboard-listed Cosco Corporation (Singapore) - has secured two contracts worth US$233.31 million.
Both were clinched by Cosco (Dalian) Shipyard Co, for orders to build one cargo and training ship, and one jack-up drilling rig, Cosco Corporation said yesterday.
The 30,000 DWT cargo and training ship order came from a Chinese buyer, and is valued at more than 325 million yuan (S$66 million).
