Court grants IHC's applications to amend pleadings in High Court

MEDICAL property developer International Healthway Corporation (IHC) said the court has granted the company's applications to amend its pleadings in High Court, the company said in a Singapore Exchange filing late on Friday.
The amendments pertain to High Court Suit 441 of 2016 and High Court Suit 856 of 2016. With respect to the former suit, Fan Kow Hin and Andrew Aathar have been added as defendants.
The company too has discontinued the act
