ROYAL Bank of Scotland (RBS) Group has finally found a fit in Swiss bank Union Bancaire Privee (UBP) for its international wealth management business, it announced on Friday.
Both RBS and UBP did not disclose the sale price for Coutts International. On Friday, the Financial Times reported it to be between US$600 million and US$800 million, even as the bank said it "anticipates receiving a premium".
