Credence Partners acquires Fassler Gourmet

SINGAPORE-based private equity firm Credence Partners has acquired Fassler Gourmet, through Credence Fund II.
Fassler Gourmet specialises in seasoning, smoking, slicing, and packing salmon and ocean trout as well as other game fishes. The company is said to be currently the only fish smoke house in Singapore. In addition to seafood processing, it manufactures a wide variety of soups and sauces.
