Creditor applies for Oriental Group to be placed under judicial management

SUSPENDED Catalist-listed steel trader and manufacturer Oriental Group said a creditor has applied to place the company under judicial management.
The pre-trial conference for the matter will take place on Thursday at 4pm.
Oriental is also being sued by investors Aseanzon and Dingji Investments over the re-appointment of three directors after they were removed at an extraordinary general meeting on Dec 9.
