Croesus sets last day of trading for Oct 10
OCT 10, 2017, will be the last day of trading for Croesus Retail Trust, the manager of the Japanese mall real estate investment trust announced on Thursday after the market closed.
Croesus, which is being taken private by Blackstone, will be suspended from Oct 11 onwards, and is expected to be delisted on Oct 27.
The timeline was set on Thursday when a court in Singapore sanctioned the scheme and the books closure date for the privatisation.
