Datapulse, Ascapia agree not to make further statements about each other

MUM'S the word for former disk drive maker Datapulse Technology in its defamation suit against Singapore-based hedge fund Ascapia Capital.

Both parties have agreed not to make any further statements about the other, said mainboard-listed Datapulse in an update on Tuesday night.
