Datapulse board questions suitability of Ng Bie Tjin as proposed new director

DATAPULSE Technology's board on Tuesday questioned the suitability of a proposed new board director who wants to oust a set of recently-appointed directors in the company.
The company issued an eight-page filing on the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday morning, stating that it is "unable to express its confidence in Ms Intan Ng's ability to identify and evaluate new business opportunities" for the company.
