Datapulse Technology to sell One Global Inc for S$6.03 million
DATAPULSE Technology's wholly-owned subsidiary, Alchymie Investment, has entered into a share sale and purchase agreement with GSiMedia Corp to sell all of its share capital in One Global Inc (OGI) for a consideration of NT$144.5 million (S$6.031 million).
OGI is a private company incorporated in Taiwan in October 2010, and is an investment holding company. Its assets comprise seven commercial/office units in Taipei, Taiwan, which are rented out.
Datapulse Technology said it intends to deploy the net proceeds of approximately S$5.97 million for use as general working capital.
