DBS analyst raises viability issue for TPG

TELCO newcomer TPG Telecom is finding it hard going and may not survive in Singapore, one industry analyst has argued in a report released on Friday.
Otherwise, the expected grant of 5G operating licences this year should be a telecom market-mover, despite industry earnings erosion from consumers' switch to cheaper plans.
