Delayed placement: Asiatravel says it's keeping options open

IN A clarification issued late on Tuesday evening, Asiatravel.com Holdings explained the chain of events that led to the long delay in a proposed S$100 million share placement.
The online travel company was responding to media reports about the delay and a call by the Securities Investors Association of Singapore (SIAS) for the Securities Industry Council (SIC) to look into the matter.
