Deloitte & Touche appointed interim judicial managers for China Sports International
SPORTSWEAR maker China Sports International, which earlier applied to the Singapore High Court to have the company placed under judicial management, has had its interim judicial managers appointed.
In an announcement on Saturday, the firm said that the court had on April 20 appointed Andrew Grimmett and Lim Loo Khoon from Deloitte & Touche LLP to be the joint and several interim judicial managers of the company.
The company's affairs, business and property will be managed by the interim judicial managers during the period that the order is in force.
China Sports International's shares have been suspended since Dec 4, 2017, after it requested a voluntary suspension until the commencement of an audit process.
The firm said that the interim judicial managers will provide updates on material developments as and when appropriate.
