DMX Technologies Group fires CEO and CFO

DIGITAL media and software provider DMX Technologies has fired CEO Jismyl Teo Chor Khin and chief financial officer Skip Tang Chi Tang for serious misconduct and negligence.

Shares of the company have been suspended from trading since March after findings of irregular accounting practices at two subsidiaries in 2008 and 2009.
