Dollar rally continues, giving relief to central banks

US FEDERAL Reserve chair Janet Yellen is making life easier for her global central bank peers.
The dollar is surging against other developed-market currencies, reaching an almost eight-year high versus the yen, after Ms Yellen said last week that she expects to raise interest rates this year.
