E2-Capital reconstitutes board, changes name to Astaka after reverse takeover
E2-CAPITAL Holdings has reconstituted its board and has been renamed Astaka Holdings following the completion of a reverse takeover deal.
Neo Gim Kiong is now the chairman and independent director of Astaka, a property developer in Iskandar. Zamani Bin Kasmin has been appointed as executive director and chief executive, while San Meng Chee has been appointed as independent director. Lee Gee Aik has been redesignated as independent director.
The company's trading counter name will change to Astaka from E2-Capital on Nov 23.
