Easton's acquisition of China Merchants completed

    THE acquisition of toll road operator China Merchants Holdings (Pacific) by Easton Overseas Limited has been completed.

    The date and time of its delisting from the Singapore Exchange will be announced by the company in due course, said DBS Bank on behalf of Easton Overseas on Wednesday.
