Econ Healthcare prices IPO shares at S$0.28 each
Market capitalisation of private nursing home operator upon the listing will be approximately S$72m
Singapore
OPERATING as a private business for close to a decade gave Econ Healthcare the leeway to restructure and prepare for future growth, but the private nursing home operator is now ready to go public again.
It is timely for the firm to list, given the increasing need for aged care services in the region and as the company displays strong growth, according to executive chairman and group chief executive Ong Chu Poh.
