A 30-YEAR evolving plan by Eagle Hospitality Trust's (EHT) sponsor Urban Commons (UC) to preserve and improve the Queen Mary floating hotel is in the works.
It includes annual inspections as well as "close-up surveys" every five years, the Los Angeles-based real estate investment and development firm said in a statement on Monday.
