Ellipsiz records big jump in Q2 profit

SEMICONDUCTOR equipment provider Ellipsiz reported a sizeable leap in its net income for the second quarter ended Dec 31, 2017, from the year before.
Its net profit attributable to shareholders totalled S$5.8 million, from S$1.7 million a year ago. Earnings per share was 3.48 cents, from 0.99 cents. The group's revenue inched up 3 per cent year-on-year to $10.5 million in Q2 FY2018.
