EMAS Offshore Ltd is seeking another extension of time to hold its annual general meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended Aug 31, 2016.

In a near midnight announcement on Tuesday, the Singapore mainboard-listed offshore contractor said that it was in the process of applying to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (Acra) for up to another 90 days, which implies that the AGM would be held towards the end of May 2017 and the annual financial report for FY2016 ( AR2016) would be released in the earlier part of May.
