Emerging market investors favour Asian bonds
Higher quality and still-attractive yield cited; some look to buying more in major corrections

ASIAN bonds, due to their higher quality and still-attractive yield, remain favoured by emerging market investors amid financial market volatility, data show.
Some investors are also looking at buying more should any major corrections occur.
"From a global context, from an investment opportunity perspective, Asia is well placed," said Neeraj Seth, head of Asian credit at asset manager BlackRock, at a media briefing on Wednesday morning.
