EVEN if Singapore's major industrial users of electricity feel the sting of rising power costs, they remain relatively shielded from the risk of their retailers exiting the open electricity market (OEM).
This is because most such firms purchase power from "gentailers" - retailers associated with power generation companies (gencos).
