[BEIJING] China ordered at least 255 Shanghai-based industrial facilities to fully or partially shut down for 14 days in a bid to reduce pollution for the G20 summit, according to an official document reviewed by Reuters on Friday.
The Shanghai Environment Protection Bureau has ordered China Petroleum & Chemical Corp's (Sinopec) Shanghai Petrochemical to shut down a 120,000 barrel per day (bpd) crude unit between Aug 24 and Sept 9 for the upcoming G20 in Hangzhou, the document said.
