US oil giant ExxonMobil is closely watching the pandemic-hammered market for high-quality fuels and lubricants, and staying the course on the multi-billion dollar expansion of its integrated manufacturing complex on Jurong Island.
"It (the new project) is in progress right now. We are committed to completing the project," said ExxonMobil's newly appointed Asia-Pacific chairman and managing director Geraldine Chin.
