AFTER a two-year lull, Malaysia's half-yearly power tariff reviews are back.
Putrajaya, which last raised power tariffs in January 2014, has slashed tariff rebates; the new higher rates take effect in January, joining the wave of cost increases that have already battered business and consumer sentiments.
