Oil production can still be more efficient, says Statoil

    THERE are still additional efficiency gains that can be made in producing oil, said Statoil, the third-largest net seller of crude oil in the world.

    Such sentiments, if shared across other large oil producers, imply continued hardship for oilfield services players.
