Rystad Energy expects crude under-supply for 2019 and 2020

CONSULTANCY firm Rystad Energy is forecasting that Opec+ cuts in oil production and bunker fuel regulation imposed by the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) - together with unplanned outages - will lead to under-supply in crude in 2019 and 2020.
This bodes well for brent price, which is expected to climb gradually to peak at US$75 a barrel in January 2020.
