Shell restarts Singapore's Pulau Bukom ethylene cracker after force majeure

[SINGAPORE] Royal Dutch Shell has lifted force majeure on base chemicals at Singapore's Pulau Bukom ethylene cracker complex and successfully restarted the unit, the company said in a statement.
"We can confirm that the Ethylene Cracker Complex at Pulau Bukom Manufacturing Site has successfully restarted. We are lifting the force majeure on base chemicals with immediate effect, as of Nov 7, 2016," a Shell spokesperson said.
