SINGAPORE has taken the lead in the race to be an Asian hub for liquefied natural gas (LNG), a former senior Japanese government official has said.
By Masakazu Toyoda's reckoning, the Republic has pipped its closest rivals Shanghai and Tokyo to emerge as the lead contender to be the Asian LNG trading hub.
