THE US pulling out of the Paris climate change may appear bad news to environmentalists, but the impact might not be as negative as many think, according to a leading player in the green finance market.
This is because the world has shifted significantly since the Paris agreement was struck in end-2015, and there are now many more new forces in the fight against climate change, said Frederic Samama, deputy global head of institutional and sovereign clients at Amundi Asset Management.
