APPLE products retailer Epicentre Holdings Limited will invest in a 51 per cent stake in Japan IPL Holdings for S$3.06 million, in a move to diversify its business and bump up revenue amid a soft consumer electronics sector.
The Catalist-listed company said in a Singapore Exchange (SGX) filing on Feb 11 that it would purchase 51,000 ordinary shares from Japan IPL's director Jonathan Lim Zheng Jie and shareholders Chan Lai Choo and Lim Ze-Tian.
