Epicentre signs MOU with F&B operator Coterie Dining Concepts
EPICENTRE Holdings has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Coterie Dining Concepts as well as Coterie's shareholders to potentially collaborate, investment in and/or acquire businesses linked to Coterie.
This could include new dining and/or entertainment concepts, launching new outlets and expanding Coterie's existing business, it said in a release to the Singapore Exchange. The parties have agreed to negotiate exclusively for six months from the date of the MOU.
A private company incorporated in Singapore, Coterie is behind themed-bar Sum Yi Tai at Boon Tat Street and Chikin, a Szechuan yakitori bar at Bukit Pasoh Road.
