Eran Feldhay to step down as Trendlines VP, Misgav CEO
THE Trendlines Group announced before trading hours on Friday that its vice-president, Dr Eran Feldhay, will be stepping down by Sept 20.
Dr Feldhay, 44, will also be relinquishing his role as the chief executive officer of Trendlines' medtech incubator, Misgav.
Catalist-listed Trendlines said in a Singapore Exchange filing on Friday that Dr Feldhay's appointments, which were "subject to necessary approvals . . . will be terminated on mutual consent".
Dr Feldhay's position in Misgav will be assumed by Dr Nitza Kardish, who will also continue to serve as chief executive of Trendlines Agtech-Motel.
The appointment of Dr Kardish as CEO of Misgav is subject to further regulatory approvals as required under applicable laws in Israel.
