IN A bourse filing on Friday (Jul 1), ESR-Logos Reit : J91U 0% (real estate investment trust) announced a number of changes to its board and management team, welcoming Trent Iliffe as its new non-executive director and bidding farewell to deputy chairman, non-executive director Ooi Eng Peng, effective on Friday.

Iliffe, who is currently the managing director and co-chief executive of Logos Property Group, will also become a member of the executive committee of ESR-Logos Reit, while Ooi retires, having served on the trust’s board since Jul 27, 2012.

The new appointment comes after the trust welcomed Nagaraj Sivaram on the board as an independent non-executive director on Jun 3. Sivaram is also a member of the audit, risk management and compliance committee.

Following these changes, the board of ESR-Logos Funds Management will comprise 10 directors, of whom 5 are independent directors.

The trust further appointed Stefanie Yuen Thio, independent chairperson of the board, as a member of the nominating and remuneration committee, while Jeffrey Perlman assumes the role of chairman of the executive committee, on top of his role as non-executive director of the board.

Separately, the trust redesignated Nancy Tan as its head of investment, effective May 5. She was previously the head of real estate for more than 10 years.
