ESR-LOGOS Real Estate Investment Trust ( ESR-Logos Reit ) will be renamed ESR Reit from Dec 4 onwards.
The registered name of the manager will also be changed from ESR-Logos Funds Management to ESR-Reit Management with effect from Dec 4.
“E-Log is sponsored by ESR Group and the manager is part of ESR Group. The name change is to better reflect such status,” said the Reit manager on Monday (Dec 2).
The existing counter code, J91U, will remain unchanged.
Units of the Reit were trading 1.9 per cent or S$0.005 higher at S$0.265 shortly after the market opened on Monday.
