euNetworks Group's last trading day to be March 13
euNetworks Group's last day of trading will be March 13, and trading in its shares will be suspended from March 16 at 9am (Singapore time).
This follows its proposed voluntary delisting and the mandatory unconditional cash offer made by JP Morgan (SEA) - on behalf of EUN Holdings - at an offer price of S$1.16 for each share.
On March 2, JP Morgan (SEA) announced that EUN Holdings does not intend to extend the offer; it will not be open for acceptance beyond 5.30pm on March 13.
