THE euro swung between gains and losses after finance ministers reached an accord that would keep bailout funds flowing to Greece in return for a commitment by that nation to meet certain economic reform conditions.

The shared currency fell from its highs of the day versus the US dollar as the agreement in Brussels by euro-area finance officials needs to be approved on Monday by the "Troika" - European Union, European Central Bank and the International Monetary Fund. Without aid, Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras's government risks running out of cash as early as next month.
