THE euro jumped 0.5 per cent against the dollar on Tuesday and is set for its biggest daily rise in a month as investors resumed buying risky assets in Europe on growing expectations that economic growth will remain strong.
The euro zone economy expanded by 2.5 per cent in the September quarter compared to the same period in 2016, and more than the United States, data showed on Tuesday.
