Excelpoint Technology in talks with third party on potential share transaction
EXCELPOINT Technology BDF is in talks with a third party on a potential transaction involving the company's shares, the electronics component distributor said in a bourse filing on Friday (Mar 25) night.
Addressing the recent price movements of its shares on the Singapore Exchange, the mainboard-listed company said discussions are ongoing with the unnamed third party.
However, it added that there is "no certainty or assurance that such discussions will progress beyond the current stage or that any transaction will materialise as a result of such discussions".
Excelpoint said it will make further announcements should there be any material developments which warrant disclosure.
Shares of Excelpoint closed S$0.01 or 0.6 per cent higher at S$1.59 on Friday before the announcement.
